Shake Shack

Project Overview

Located in the Crescent Development's corner lot, the Shake Shack pavilion was designed as an extension of the surrounding public space, creating a seamless connection between the restaurant, landscape, and pedestrian experience. The project emphasizes openness, transparency, and material warmth to establish an inviting destination within one of the city's most active urban environments.

A restrained palette of steel, glass, and reclaimed wood defines the architectural character while generous outdoor seating, integrated shading, and carefully considered lighting support year-round use. By responding to its context and activating the streetscape, the pavilion demonstrates how a thoughtfully designed commercial project can enrich the public realm beyond its primary function.
