Project Overview

Modera Katy Trail is a 14-story multifamily community designed to strengthen the relationship between architecture, landscape, and one of Dallas' most active urban corridors. Located at the terminus of the Katy Trail, the development creates a seamless transition between residential living and the walkable energy of Uptown, encouraging an active lifestyle rooted in connectivity and place.

The architecture and interiors emphasize clean detailing, warm natural materials, and thoughtfully crafted amenity spaces that balance sophistication with comfort. Inspired by the surrounding neighborhood, subtle design elements—including references to the adjacent Steinway Hall—create a distinctive identity that reflects the character of the district while enriching the everyday residential experience.
